The reaction card
The card from Chapter 10, on one A4 sheet. Pin one by every phone.
In a suspected allergic reaction, call 999. Follow the NHS guidance for your nation: nhs.uk/conditions/anaphylaxis (England, Wales and Northern Ireland) or NHS inform’s anaphylaxis first aid page (Scotland).
How to use them
Write the date on every sheet you fill in. Keep the filled-in sheets in one folder that the allergen lead on every shift can find. Adapt the headings to your menu and your team.
