No. Undo is free, Make space sends pieces back to the spring, and you can restart any level. Every level is checked by a solver, so every puzzle can be finished.

How do I move my progress to a new phone?
Your progress lives on your phone. Before you change phones, export a backup code in Settings, then import it on the new phone.
