Glow Merge is a puzzle game that works offline. You do not need an account. We do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts or photos. There is no advertising and no analytics. The only online service the app talks to is Google Play's billing system, through our billing provider RevenueCat, so that the optional Golden Garden Pack can be bought and restored.
Your game progress (completed levels and stars, restored gardens, discoveries, your Daily Bloom calendar and run, the current puzzle board, Zen board and decorations), your settings (sound, language, motion, quality, sharing and reminder options) and the last confirmed status of your Golden Garden Pack are stored only on your device. If Android backup is enabled on your device, this data may be included in your device's Google backup. You can delete it by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app.
The Golden Garden Pack is an optional one-time purchase made through Google Play. Payments are processed by Google; we never see your payment details. To confirm a purchase securely, the app uses RevenueCat (revenuecat.com). When the app starts, and when you buy or restore the pack, RevenueCat receives information from Google Play about purchases of this app (such as the product, purchase token, purchase date and status) together with an anonymous app user identifier created by the app and basic device and app information (such as the operating system version, app version and country/store region reported by Google Play). RevenueCat checks the purchase with Google, records the entitlement and tells the app whether the pack is owned. RevenueCat does not receive your name, email address or location from us.
If you choose to share a picture of your garden or a discovery, the app creates the image on your device and hands it to Android's share sheet. The image contains the game scene, the Glow Merge name and, if you leave it switched on, a short caption and a link to the app on Google Play. It never contains your name or account details. Where the image goes is chosen by you in Android's share sheet; we do not receive it.
If you switch on the optional Daily Bloom reminder, the app asks Android for permission to show notifications and schedules at most one notification a day, at the time you choose, on your device. Reminders are created and shown entirely on your device; no server is involved and nothing is sent to us. They stop by themselves after a week without playing. You can switch them off in the game's Settings or in Android's notification settings at any time.
Glow Merge contains no advertising and no analytics or tracking SDKs. We do not sell or share your data for advertising. If this ever changes, this policy will be updated before the change takes effect and the app will ask for any consent that is required.
Each service receives your device's IP address as part of any internet request and has its own privacy policy. The game's fonts, artwork and sounds are bundled inside the app; nothing is downloaded while you play.
Glow Merge is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. The game works without an account and contains no ads, chat or social features. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us at the address below and we will help remove it.
We do not hold an account or profile for you. To delete data stored on your device, clear the app's data or uninstall the app. For purchase records held by RevenueCat, or any privacy question, contact us at the address below and we will help. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
By downloading, installing or using Glow Merge, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Glow Merge on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use.
Glow Merge is free to download and play. Every puzzle, garden, discovery, recovery tool and sharing feature is free. The Golden Garden Pack is an optional, one-time, non-consumable purchase that changes the look and sound of the game only: gold and mother-of-pearl piece materials, a golden-hour look for the gardens and an additional ambient soundscape. It gives no gameplay advantage. The price for your country is shown by Google Play before you confirm. You can restore the pack on a new device or after reinstalling using "Restore purchases" while signed in to the same Google account.
Purchases are made through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's refund policies. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a purchase is refunded, the pack's cosmetic changes are removed; your game progress is not affected.
Glow Merge is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Epicurean Digital Consultants Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of Glow Merge. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
