Shoreditch as a market

Shoreditch is a grid of streets that changes trade three times a day

Shoreditch High Street and Great Eastern Street carry the buses and the crowds; Curtain Road, Rivington Street and Charlotte Road behind them hold the bars, the restaurants and the clubs. Redchurch Street is the small shops and the cafés, Hoxton Square is the green with the galleries and the late bars, Columbia Road fills on Sunday morning for the flower market, and Brick Lane and Spitalfields are a short walk south.

  • Coffee at eight for the Old Street offices
  • Rooftop drinks at six
  • Saturday night on Curtain Road
  • Columbia Road at nine on Sunday
  • Brunch after the flower market

What a Shoreditch restaurant website has to do

Three crowds a day

08:00

Say which crowd you are for

A Shoreditch venue serves three different crowds in one day: the office at lunch, the drinkers at seven and the club queue at midnight.

13:00

Weekends are decided on Instagram and finished on Google

People choose a Shoreditch bar from a photo and then search its name to check the hours, the address and whether they can book.

19:00

The weekday lunch is a different site

Old Street and the studios eat between twelve and two and order on a phone.

How it works

  1. A thirty-minute call

You talk to Ali about the venue, the trade you want more of, and what the current site does and does not do.

  2. A written scope

What will be built, mapped to a figure on the pricing page.

  3. The build

Structure, copy, menus, booking and the local search set-up, built mobile first and reviewed with you at each stage.

  4. Launch and after

Go live, Google Business Profile and local listings checked, then the support period of the package you chose.

Questions people ask

Restaurant website design in Shoreditch: the questions people ask

How much does a restaurant website cost in Shoreditch?

The same as anywhere EDC works. Website – Starter is £1,650, Website – Pro £2,950, Website – Standard £5,800 and Website – Premium £6,500, one-off figures in pounds. The pricing page lists what each includes. Local SEO is separate, from £850 per month.

Who designs restaurant websites in Shoreditch?

Epicurean Digital Consultants, founded in June 2024 by Ali Solak after twenty years running hospitality operations. You deal with Ali directly, not an account manager.

Do you build websites for bars and clubs as well as restaurants?

Yes. A cocktail bar on Curtain Road or a club on Rivington Street needs the same things a restaurant does: what is on, when it opens, how to book a table or a booth, and the hours Google can read.

Can you get a Shoreditch bar found on Google?

Yes. The site is built around the street, the station and the postcode, the Google Business Profile is corrected to match, and the Local Visibility plan at £850 per month keeps listings, reviews and local pages working month by month.

Do you need to visit the venue?

Usually once. EDC works from Wimbledon, and the first thirty-minute call is by phone or video and costs nothing.

How long does a restaurant website take?

It depends on the package and on how fast menus, photography and copy come back from you. The written scope after the first call gives a date.

Where this page's design comes from

Prism, one of the concept sites in the Web Portfolios

The dark page, the particle drizzle and the duotone glow are borrowed from that demo; here the word is a neon tube instead. It is a concept site with a fictional brand, built to show what a site can feel like; it is not a client and no business on it is real.
