Mise Partners agreement
Last updated 12 October 2026
This agreement is between you (“Partner”) and Epicurean Digital Consultants Ltd (company no. 16622200, “EDC”), which runs Mise. You accept it when you apply. Version 2026-10-12.
1. Joining
EDC approves every application and may decline any without giving a reason. You must be 18 or over. You’re an independent partner, not an employee, agent or representative of EDC, and you may not make commitments on EDC’s behalf.
2. Commission
You earn 50% of the net amount of each qualifying sale. Net means what the buyer actually paid, after any discount, minus the payment processor’s fee on that sale. A qualifying sale is a paid Mise order where the buyer arrived through your partner link or entered your partner code, and the most recent partner link or code used was yours. These do not qualify: orders you place yourself or for your own household or business, free downloads, and orders that are refunded, charged back or found to be fraudulent.
For a Mise Pass subscription, commission is earned on the first 1 monthly payment(s) only.
3. Holding period and payment
Commission is held for 14 days after the sale. After that it becomes available. If a sale is refunded or disputed after commission has been paid, the amount is deducted from future commission.
On or after the 1st of each month EDC pays every available balance of at least £20.00, by UK bank transfer, PayPal or Wise, to the details in your dashboard, usually within five working days. You may instead request an early cash-out of your available balance at any time if it is at least £10.00; EDC keeps a fee of 5% of an early cash-out. Balances under the minimum roll over. You are responsible for any tax on what you earn.
4. How you may promote Mise
- Label it. Every post, video, email or message that carries your link or code must clearly say it is an ad or affiliate link (for example #ad), as the CAP Code and the CMA require.
- Be accurate. Describe products only as their Mise pages do. Don’t invent results, earnings, testimonials, discounts or deadlines.
- No spam. Only email or message people who have agreed to hear from you.
- No brand bidding. Don’t bid on “Mise”, “Epicurean Digital Consultants”, “EDC” or “Ali Solak” in paid search, or register look-alike domains or accounts.
- No cookie stuffing or any trick that sets attribution without a real click.
- Use the cards and images in your partner kit as supplied. Don’t alter the product claims on them.
5. Ending the partnership
Either side can end this agreement at any time by email. If you break section 4, EDC may end it immediately and withhold commission on sales connected with the breach. Otherwise, commission earned before the end is paid on the usual schedule.
6. Changes
EDC may change the commission rate or these terms with at least 30 days’ notice by email. Changes don’t affect commission already earned.
7. Data
EDC stores your application, payout details (encrypted) and the clicks and sales attributed to you, to run the programme and keep financial records. See the privacy policy. You’ll see sale amounts but never buyers’ names or contact details.
8. Liability and law
EDC’s total liability to you is limited to the commission owed to you. This agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales.
