Velvet Royal (package com.epicureandigital.velvetroyal) is a single-player roulette game for adults published by Epicurean Digital Consultants ("we", "us"). This policy explains what the app does with your information. The short version: the app does not collect, store or share any personal data.
None. Velvet Royal has no user accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising and no server of our own. The game runs entirely on your device and works offline.
Your settings (sound, motion, text size, contrast), your progress (rank, achievements, challenges), your virtual credit balances and your spin history are saved locally on your device so the app remembers them. This information never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app or use "Erase all data" in Settings.
Velvet Royal is free to download and has no advertisements. It offers optional in-app purchases of virtual "Royal credits" for two of its six rooms. Payments are processed entirely by Google Play under Google's own terms and privacy policy; we never see your payment details. The app receives only a purchase confirmation (product identifier, order identifier and purchase token) from Google Play, which it uses on your device to add the credits you bought and to complete an interrupted purchase on the next launch. Virtual credits have no monetary value, cannot be withdrawn, exchanged or transferred, and purchases never change the odds. Velvet Royal is not real-money gambling.
The app requests no special permissions. It uses the device's vibration motor for haptic feedback if you enable it, standard internet access for Google Play purchases and app updates, and the Google Play billing permission for the optional purchases described above.
Velvet Royal is intended for adults aged 18 and over and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.
If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address with a new effective date.
