If you later decide to resume the service, we can typically restore your app within 48 hours, often with your previous data intact (depending on how long it's been since cancellation).

Yes, we offer migration paths from subscription to ownership. If you decide you want full ownership after starting with a subscription plan, we can:

1. Create a custom app that replicates your current functionality
2. Migrate all your existing data and content
3. Apply a portion of your past subscription payments as credit toward the custom development (typically 3-6 months worth)

The transition typically takes 4-6 weeks, during which time your existing app continues to operate normally.

You maintain 100% ownership of all your business data at all times, regardless of which model you choose. This includes:

• Customer information and profiles
• Order history and transaction records
• Menu items, services, and product listings
• Business content, images, and marketing materials
• Analytics and performance data

We never sell or share your data with third parties, and we provide export options so you can back up or transfer your information at any time.

Subscription Plans: We handle the entire app store process on your behalf. Your app will be published under our developer accounts, but fully branded to your business. We manage all submissions, updates, and compliance requirements.

Custom Development: You'll need your own Apple Developer and Google Play accounts (approximately £99/year for Apple and £25 one-time for Google). We can help you set these up and handle the initial submission process, but ongoing management will be your responsibility. For an additional fee, we can provide continued app store management services.
